These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Chantelle and Jodie’s through our website or any associated sales channels.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products

All items are produced with care and attention to detail.
Many of our products are personalised and made to order based on the information provided by the customer.

Personalisation

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering.

We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer once production has begun.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes where required.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within the stated processing times shown at the time of purchase.

Processing times are separate from delivery times.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the postal service.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Chantelle and Jodie’s cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services once an item has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised items are exempt from cancellation and return under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations unless faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Non-personalised items may be returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy.

Cancellations

Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Non-personalised items may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Limitation of Liability

Chantelle and Jodie’s shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Delivery delays outside of our control

• Errors resulting from incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Chantelle and Jodie’s and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
